Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a Senior Director of Data & Analytics to lead the firm’s global data strategy, architecture, and governance. You will oversee data platforms, security, and data products that enable AI, analytics, and self-service capabilities across regions.

This senior role requires 10+ years in data, 5+ in leadership, and experience with Databricks, Azure, and data lakehouse environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering, analytics, or data science with cloud experience.
• 5+ years in senior leadership managing data/analytics teams.
• Proven ability to drive enterprise data strategy and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.
• Oversee data architecture, engineering, and analytics platforms.
• Manage Databricks and Azure lakehouse security, performance, and costs.
• Direct ML/AI, MLOps, and data product delivery to production.
• Partner with executives to translate data priorities into business value.
