Job summary

Unisys Corporation seeks a senior Data & AI leader to define the global vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for data and AI initiatives. You will guide architectural direction across cloud platforms, governance, and responsible AI while driving high-impact client engagements.

You will lead a worldwide team of data engineers, scientists, and AI engineers, shaping delivery standards, accelerators, and reusable assets to accelerate growth and ensure executive-level impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in data, analytics, AI, or technology consulting.
• 8+ years leading large, global technical teams.
• Deep knowledge across data platforms, data governance, and responsible AI.
• Hands-on cloud data platforms and AI services from major hyperscalers.
• Experience delivering large Data & AI programs on time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Define the global Data & AI vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned to growth and client outcomes.
• Set technology direction across data platforms, engineering, analytics, ML, generative AI, and agentic AI.
• Own delivery of Data & AI engagements from design to production with standards for quality and security.
• Build reusable methods, accelerators, and tooling to speed delivery and ensure consistency.
• Lead a global team of data engineers, scientists, and AI engineers with clear career paths.
