Job summary

Orion Innovation is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead architecture, engineering and delivery of large-scale data, analytics, and AI platforms. You will manage a global team of about 150 resources across data engineering, software, cloud, DevOps, QA, analytics, AI, and program management, while staying hands-on with engineering teams.

You will partner with Architecture Review Boards to drive scalable technology decisions, establish governance, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in technology delivery, engineering, architecture, or program leadership.
8+ years leading large, complex enterprise technology or data programs.
Proven experience managing globally distributed, multidisciplinary teams of 100+ resources.
Hands-on implementation of data and analytics platforms using Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
Experience with enterprise architectures, Architecture Review Boards, and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large data, analytics, applications, and AI programs.
Manage a globally distributed team across multiple disciplines, locations, vendors, and time zones.
Establish program governance including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and reporting.
Translate business objectives into technology roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Drive architecture reviews and ensure security, resiliency, and cost optimization.
Promote DevSecOps and automated release management across delivery pipelines.
