Job summary

Matrix is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end Data & AI programs for enterprise clients. You will drive delivery plans, manage risks, and partner with leadership to ensure measurable business outcomes.

This hands-on but strategic role requires deep technical judgment and executive communication. You'll oversee onshore and offshore teams across Snowflake, Databricks, and the modern data stack, while guiding solution architectures, data governance, and cloud cost

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology delivery or consulting.
• 5+ years leading complex data, analytics, or AI programs.
• Experience with consulting/professional services environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Snowflake and/or Databricks.
• Familiarity with modern data stack and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Data & AI programs from kickoff to production.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and outcomes.
• Lead onshore/offshore teams 8-25+ engineers and data professionals.
• Oversee architecture and delivery across Snowflake, Databricks, data stack.
• Drive client relationships and pre-sales support.
