Qualifications

• 7+ years of software licensing and strategic contract negotiation
• 4+ years in data acquisition negotiation and execution
• 5+ years negotiating SaaS and PaaS agreements
• Strong knowledge of contract law and data licensing models
• Working knowledge of application interfaces, tech architecture, and enterprise cloud infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Oversee global data and software contract negotiation and renewals to maximize value.
• Partner with Senior Management and cross-functional teams to clarify use cases and negotiate strategic agreements.
• Source data for resale or integration into Equifax products.
• Monitor market dynamics and coordinate with Product Managers to shape negotiation strategies.
• Negotiate licensing agreements enabling data resale, revenue sharing, and partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional alignment on FCRA and data licensing structures.
• Drive vendor governance, supplier diversity, and risk mitigation across third-party providers.
