Qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience communicating with executive level leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement projects across global teams to lead the industry in safety and compliance.
• Manage a portfolio of projects for a best-in-class dangerous goods transportation system.
• Convert large projects into manageable pieces for iterative improvements while balancing long-term deliverables.
• Build cross-region, cross-department relationships with leaders.
• Refine processes to track and prioritize issues and scale work.
