Neogen is seeking a Global Segment Marketing Manager, Dairy to lead customer-focused global marketing strategies across the Dairy segment. This role translates insights, market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and business priorities into differentiated positioning, go-to-market strategies, demand-generation programs, and sales enablement tools.

You will collaborate with Portfolio, Commercial, Regional Marketing, and cross-functional partners to connect global strategy with regional execution

• Experience developing and executing B2B marketing strategies and programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability translating customer and market insights into marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the global marketing strategy and annual plan for the Dairy segment.
• Create segment messaging and go-to-market strategies.
• Generate demand through integrated global marketing campaigns.
• Partner with regional teams to tailor campaigns to local markets.
• Provide sales enablement tools and collateral for the customer journey.
