Job summary

HSO International seeks a Project Manager to own the delivery of defined projects within a broader transformation program. The role centers on execution discipline, detailed planning, dependency management, readiness, testing, and day-to-day leadership to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and quality.

You will collaborate across architects, developers, consultants, and customer SMEs on international projects, with minimum 35% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering ERP Microsoft Dynamics or related ERP/digital transformation projects.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 ERP or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience in complex, multi-team or multi-stakeholder environments and international consultancy.
• Strong planning, backlog management, requirements clarification, testing preparation, and RAID processes.
• Familiarity with structured delivery frameworks and governance models.
• Proactive, hands-on execution and problem solving.
• Ability to escalate issues factually and early.
• Influence without authority; communicate clearly with data and options.
• Structured risk management and decision-making under ambiguity.
• Willingness for international travel (minimum 35%).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery of assigned projects or program workstreams.
• Shape delivery plans, budgets, governance models, and risk assumptions for mobilization.
• Contribute to Statements of Work with clear assumptions and change control.
• Build and maintain integrated delivery plans aligning architecture, build, testing, and customer activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across architects, developers, consultants, testers, and SMEs.
• Manage requirements gathering, backlog sizing, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive testing readiness and go-live preparation.
• Maintain RAID discipline and manage dependencies and impacts.
• Lead governance forums and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customers to enhance participation in requirements, testing, and data readiness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices.
