Zusammenfassung

Carnival Corporation is seeking a Global Cyber Security Senior Business Analyst to translate business objectives into system requirements and support cybersecurity projects within the Global Cyber Security PMO.

You will collaborate with Cyber Security Senior Project Managers, cybersecurity domains and IT teams to document requirements and ensure alignment with project goals, user needs and technical feasibility, while leveraging Clarity for PPM and data visualization with Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
• At least 3-5 years of proven business analysis or systems analysis experience.

Aufgaben

• Governance & PMO Operations: perform project audits and compliance reviews.
• Support PMLC governance processes and risk, issue, and action item management.
• Assist in maintaining PMO policies, procedures, and standards.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for global cybersecurity projects.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions; create BRDs, process maps, and workflows.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and system enhancements.
• Administer and maintain Clarity PPM configuration and data integrity; manage access and structures.
• Monitor data quality and reporting accuracy; analyze trends for process improvements.
