Carnival Cruise Lines is seeking a Global Cyber Security Senior Business Analyst to translate business objectives into system requirements for cybersecurity projects. You will work with Cyber Security PMO, IT, and domain teams to document requirements and drive project success using Clarity PPM and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• At least 3–5 years of proven business analysis or systems analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for global cybersecurity projects.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions.
• Create Business Requirements Documents, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and process improvement initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and system enhancements.
• Administer and maintain Clarity PPM configuration and data integrity.
• Manage security access, OBS structures, lookups, attributes, and blueprints.
• Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate vendor support when required.
• Perform data quality reviews and corrective actions.
• Support system upgrades, testing, integrations and enhancement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain Clarity training materials and user documentation.
• Monitor data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Analyze trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Maintain PMO SharePoint sites, SOPs, training materials and governance artifacts.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across portfolio management processes.
