Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Global Cyber Security Senior Business Analyst to translate business objectives into system requirements for cybersecurity projects. You will support governance, document BRDs, create process maps, and drive data-driven improvements in a cross-functional PMO environment.

The role emphasizes Clarity PPM administration, BI reporting, and effective communication with Cyber Security PMOs, IT, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
• At least 3–5 years of proven business analysis or systems analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for global cybersecurity projects.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions.
• Create BRDs, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and system enhancements.
• Monitor data quality and provide recommendations for process improvements.
