Job summary

MODEC America, Inc. seeks an IT Cybersecurity Manager to lead the cybersecurity program, strategy, governance, and security operations across the global enterprise.

You will drive a roadmap aligning with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and regulatory requirements, partnering with IT and business leaders to protect information systems and cloud assets. Responsibilities include risk management, incident response, security architecture, third-party risk, and security awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity leadership or management experience.
• Experience developing and managing enterprise cybersecurity programs.
• Experience with cloud security technologies and modern security architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.
• Lead risk assessments, audits, and compliance activities across the enterprise.
• Oversee security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and threat detection.
• Guide security architecture, cloud security, Zero Trust principles, and secure SDLC implementation.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and business stakeholders to improve cybersecurity maturity.
