Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a Global Cybersecurity Governance Analyst to help build and sustain the organization's governance program. You will develop and maintain policies, standards, and documentation, lead governance reporting, and support audits while collaborating with legal, data privacy, HR, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT, CS, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity governance, GRC, compliance, audit, risk management, policy management, or related discipline.
• Working knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, COBIT, or similar.
• Experience developing policies, standards, procedures, governance documentation, reports, and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, review, maintenance, and implementation of cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and governance documentation.
• Execute cybersecurity governance activities, including policy lifecycle management, governance reporting, controls monitoring, and exception management.
• Support the administration and continuous improvement of cybersecurity governance programs, HVIA governance, security awareness, phishing simulations, and governance communications.
• Develop and maintain governance metrics, dashboards, reports, and executive presentations to support leadership decision-making.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to promote adoption of governance requirements and best practices.
• Support audits, assessments, and regulatory activities through documentation management and evidence collection.
• Assist with planning and delivery of cybersecurity awareness and phishing simulation campaigns.
• Contribute to governance modernization, automation initiatives, and AI/NHI governance.
