Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Global Cyber Security Senior Business Analyst to translate business objectives into system requirements for cybersecurity projects. You will work with Cyber Security PMO leaders, IT, and domain teams to document requirements, assess impacts, and drive project direction and prioritization.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the project lifecycle and is proficient with Clarity PPM and data visualization tools such as Power BI/Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
• At least 3-5 years of proven business or systems analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for global cybersecurity projects.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions.
• Create Business Requirements Documents, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
• Conduct gap analyses, impact assessments, and process improvement initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and system enhancements.
