Job summary

Generac is seeking a Senior Cyber Program Manager to lead strategic cybersecurity initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams globally. You will drive alignment with timelines, budgets, and organizational goals.

In this role, you will manage complex projects, mentor a junior team, and advance security tools and processes across cybersecurity and IT functions. You will partner with business units to assess risks and document plans, strengthening protections for employees and customers.

Qualifications

Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
10+ years of cybersecurity and/or project management experience.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities; excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Champion strategic cybersecurity initiatives and align with goals and timelines.
Oversee project progress, timelines, milestones, risks, budgets, and resource allocation across programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution and risk mitigation.
Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, status reports, risk assessments, and change logs.
Communicate status, issues, and risks to cybersecurity leadership and stakeholders.
