Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, WW Medical Learning, CV, based in Princeton, NJ. The role defines the scientific learning strategy for worldwide CV initiatives and aligns cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact educational programs.

You will build multi-year plans, manage governance, and drive partnerships with Medical Affairs, Enablement, and Commercialisation Learning to ensure scientifically robust, compliant learning across markets. Travel up to ~10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of pharma/biotech experience in field MSL or similar roles.
• Proven ability to set direction and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence and public presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.

Responsibilities

• Own WW/International Markets cardiovascular scientific learning strategy and roadmaps.
• Define launch readiness standards, milestones, and governance for FM/HOM teams.
• Architect data education at major congresses and post-congress context.
• Build partnerships across Medical Affairs, Enablement, and Learning teams.
• Champion innovation and AI in scientific education and new modalities.
• Develop onboarding and continuous learning journeys for international teams.
• Measure learning effectiveness using needs assessments and feedback.
• Partner with HOM and FM leadership to govern training cadence.
