Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customs brokerage in the freight forwarding industry.
• At least 2–3 years in a management or supervisory capacity.
• Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee import and export compliance and manage documentation.
• Lead brokerage teams and provide guidance on tariff classifications.
• Train, mentor, and coach staff to ensure capacity and performance.
