Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
• 1–3 years of customs brokerage or import operations experience.
• CCS certification or U.S. Customs Broker License a plus.
• Strong knowledge of CBP regulations, HTS classification, valuation, Incoterms, and PGA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process import documentation in compliance with customs laws.
• Review invoices, bills of lading, and supporting import documentation.
• Calculate duties, arrange payments, and monitor ACH billing statements.
• Communicate with clients to advise on classifications and compliance requirements.
