Job summary

You will maintain customer files, ensure pricing accuracy, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, delivering timely, accurate service and supporting Fortive's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related Customer Service experience including call center, quoting, order processing, and RMA setup.
• Proven ability to communicate well with internal and external customers via phone and email.
• Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent written and oral communication along with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for Fluke customers returning products for repair and calibration.
• Provide quotes, set up RMAs, and communicate order status to customers.
• Process and coordinate customer orders from pricing requests through RMA assignment.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review orders for price, part number, quantity, and terms.
• Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.
