You will shape strategy, architect programs from the ground up, and organize teams around the work to deliver rapid, measurable outcomes for our global customer base. Regular interaction with senior leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional SaaS programs.
• Ability to design programs and teams from ambiguity to execution.
• Strong governance, decision frameworks, and execution tracking.
• Ability to present to senior leadership with clear risk and outcomes.
• Proven track record of aligning leaders and gaining buy-in.
