You will liaise with Sales for quotations, manage open orders, and support forecasting while maintaining high attention to detail.

The role emphasizes teamwork, customer-first service, and adherence to export controls.

Qualifications

• Experience processing orders in a sales administration or customer service role.
• Ability to interpret complex Purchase Orders and communicate clearly.
• Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems and MS 365 tools.
• Strong organization, time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Expedite customer Purchase Orders in line with company policies.
• Quotations: Liaise with customers on enquiries to ensure accurate quotations.
• Order Management: Monitor open orders and communicate with internal/external teams.
• Trade Compliance: Understand export control and regulatory requirements.
• Communications: Handle inquiries and provide relevant customer communications.
• Key Accounts: Coordinate with Sales to support customer development and growth.
• Forecast Support: Assist Sales with monthly forecasting and PO follow-up.
