Job summary

Luxfer MEL Technologies in Flemington, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to coordinate across departments and ensure efficient order processing, quotations and communications with customers.

The ideal candidate will have a high school degree or equivalent, experience in a customer-facing role, and proficiency with SAP/CRM and MS Office. You will support the sales team, manage orders, and help deliver accurate, timely information to customers.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent; associates/bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience in a customer facing Customer Service Administration role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with MS Office; SAP or similar ERP; Salesforce or CRM.
• Experience in metals/manufacturing industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Expedite customer Purchase Orders in line with company policies.
• Quotations: Liaise with customers on enquiries for accurate, timely quotations.
• Order Management: Support cross functional monitoring of open orders and communications.
• Trade Compliance: Understanding export control and regulatory requirements.
• Communications: Handle general enquiries and provide customer communications.
• Key Accounts: Coordinate with Sales Team to support ongoing development and growth.
• Forecast Support: Assist Sales with monthly forecasting, PO follow-up, and forecasts.
