Job summary

General Motors is seeking a curious, analytical Global Customer Research Intern for Summer 2027 in Warren, MI. You will support planning through delivery of research projects, analyze customer and market data, and translate findings into actionable insights for GM teams.

You will collaborate with research managers and internal partners to shape objectives, apply methodologies, and communicate results to executive audiences.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's or MBA in market research, business administration, economics, statistics, or related field.
• Graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Available to work full time during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Manage research projects and suppliers from planning to delivery within time and budget.
• Analyze market research results and identify meaningful insights for action.
• Frame learning objectives with stakeholders and apply appropriate research methods.
• Deliver consumer and market insights to Brand, Product, Marketing, Planning, and Design teams.
• Develop and present actionable recommendations to GM leadership.
