Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum eight years of progressive quality leadership experience.
• Experience in complaint handling, customer quality, quality systems, CAPA, investigations, and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead high-impact customer escalations and critical customer issues.
• Establish global escalation processes, governance, and response expectations.
• Investigate, communicate, contain, root-cause, and resolve significant customer concerns.
• Represent BD quality in executive-level customer interactions related to product quality events.
• Capture, analyze, and communicate customer feedback and quality concerns.
• Transform customer insights into strategic improvements for products and processes.
• Collaborate with commercial and customer-facing teams to meet customer needs.
