Schneider Electric’s Global Customer Experience Intern will work with the Head of Global Quality Operations and Customer Experience to study CX practices across the Industrial Automation unit and develop a comprehensive implementation roadmap for Process Automation Global Quality.

You will analyze customer feedback with Medallia, create Power BI dashboards, and support executive communications using Copilot and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with expected graduation by Spring 2029.
  • Interest in Customer Experience, quality, analytics, or process improvement.
  • Strong research, data analysis, visualization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with Medallia, Power BI, Copilot, or PowerPoint is valued.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis (no sponsorship).
  • Available to work up to 17.5 hours per week during spring, with most hours in office.

Are you passionate about understanding customers, analyzing data, and turning insights into meaningful improvements?

Schneider Electric’s Process Automation Line of Business is seeking a Global Customer Experience Intern to work directly with the Head of Global Quality Operations and Customer Experience.

In this role, you will explore Customer Experience practices across Schneider Electric’s Industrial Automation Business Unit and help develop a comprehensive plan for implementing those practices within Process Automation Global Quality. You will analyze customer satisfaction feedback, identify trends and improvement opportunities, create visual metrics, and present recommendations to global business leaders.

What will you do?
  • Research the Industrial Automation Customer Experience network, tools, practices, metrics, and requirements.
  • Assess which Customer Experience practices are already implemented within Process Automation Global Quality.
  • Identify gaps and develop a prioritized implementation roadmap.
  • Analyze customer satisfaction surveys using Medallia.
  • Create Customer Experience dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
  • Use Microsoft Copilot and PowerPoint to support research, analysis, communications, and executive presentations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across functions, regions, and cultures.
  • Begin implementing priority elements of the Customer Experience roadmap.
  • Present your findings, progress, and recommendations to global leadership.
What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with an expected graduation date no later than Spring 2029.
  • Strong interest or experience in Customer Experience.
  • Interest in quality, marketing, analytics, or process improvement.
  • Strong research, data analysis, visualization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with Medallia, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, or PowerPoint is highly valued.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis. The company does not provide immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Available to work a maximum of 17.5 hours per week during the spring semester, with most of the hours being in office

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 23.00 - USD 27.50 per hour. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
