Darktrace is seeking a strategic Marketing Manager, Customer Advocacy, within the Audience Marketing team in New York. You will build and scale customer proof points, turning outcomes into stories, references, reviews, speakers, and insights to accelerate AI security adoption and strengthen market leadership.

You will own the global advocacy strategy, partner with stakeholders, and drive programs that capture customer outcomes and activate voices across the customer journey.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on advocacy.
• Proven ability to build and scale customer storytelling programs.
• Experience with advocacy platforms and CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own global customer advocacy strategy and programs.
• Develop and scale customer stories, references, reviews, and speakers.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success across geographies.
• Measure advocacy impact and report on content and revenue influence.
• Lead adoption of AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency.
