Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Marketing Manager, Customer Advocacy to build and scale our customer proof engine. You will own the global advocacy strategy, coordinating across stakeholders to turn customer outcomes into stories, references, and insights that bolster our market leadership in AI security.

You’ll lead the evolution of our advocacy tech stack, recruit champions, and partner with Demand Gen, Corporate Affairs, Brand, Analyst Relations, and Sales to integrate customer voices into campaigns

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B SaaS Marketing with focus on Customer Advocacy or Customer Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale Darktrace's customer advocacy program, including stories, references, and reviews.
• Develop AI-powered workflows to surface customer insights and advocate requests.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align customer proof with business priorities.
• Measure advocacy impact across programs and campaigns, reporting to leadership.
