Aspen Technology in Bedford, MA is seeking a Principal Culture & Development Specialist to shape our employee experience and learning strategy as AspenTech grows within Emerson. You’ll partner with HR, Marketing, and key business groups to design engaging programs, lead global employee groups, and elevate how we communicate with our people.

This role focuses on onboarding, leadership development, and strategic planning, driving culture initiatives from concept to execution with clarity,

Qualifications

8 to 12 years of relevant experience in employee experience, internal communications, learning and development, or related HR fields.
Experience operating across multiple geographies, stakeholders, cultures, and teams.
Strong storytelling ability and communication.
Experience leading events, training programs, or employee groups, from development to delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead global employee engagement, culture, and communication initiatives.
Guide HR teams through the employee listening cycle: from survey prep and analysis to action planning and follow-through.
Champion an employee-centric environment through recognition programs, growth opportunities, and feedback systems.
Align with global Employee Value Proposition initiatives and embed components into the employee lifecycle.
Own and modernize onboarding programs, improving the experience for Hiring Managers and new employees.
