Job summary

Aspen Technology seeks a Principal Culture Specialist to shape and tell our culture story as we grow with Emerson. Based at our Bedford, MA HQ, you will partner with HR, Marketing, and leadership to design employee experience and learning programs, lead global ERGs, and elevate internal communications with creativity and clarity.

You will own onboarding modernization, drive culture initiatives (AspenFUN, AspenTech Gives Back), and guide mentoring, leadership development, and global learning

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in employee experience, internal communications, learning and development, or related HR fields.
• Experience operating across geographies, stakeholders, cultures, and teams.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global delivery of Engagement, Culture, and Communication plans.
• Guide HR teams through employee listening, analysis, and action planning.
• Champion employee-centric programs, recognition, growth opportunities, and feedback systems.
• Manage onboarding modernization and ERG strategy at global scale.
• Shape Learning and Leadership Development strategy and coordinate programs across Emerson.
