Messer Group in Kentucky is seeking a Fabrication Project Manager to plan, execute, and close projects involving new builds and refurbishments of used equipment for the Messer food equipment line. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with rigorous risk management and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering.
• 3+ years in engineering/design for application equipment and manufacturing.
• GDP completion with project experience.
• Willing to travel up to 30% and work weekends/holidays.
• Experience with process equipment for industrial gases.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and procurement for up to $1,000,000.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in design reviews and HAZOPs for application equipment.
• Validate equipment functionality through testing and documentation.
• Oversee field fabrication and commissioning activities.
• Close out project checklists with as-built manuals.
