Job summary

Messer North America, Inc. in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking an HR Program Manager to lead global initiatives and drive cultural transformation across the organization.

You will partner with senior leadership, manage large-scale programs, and align HR strategies with business objectives. The role requires 1 year of HR/engagement experience (or 3 years), travel about 30% internationally, and a proven ability to deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, project management, or a related field.
• At least one year of HR or employee engagement experience.
• Alternatively three years of experience in HR or employee engagement.
• Experience with implementing large-scale transformative programs.
• Experience developing and implementing HR and global programs and initiatives.
• Experience with project management (scoping, stakeholder management, delivering on time and on scope), cultural change, change management.
• Experience in the gas industry implementing cultural transformation programs.
• Experience leading, engaging and influencing multiple levels of management.
• Experience reporting HR data.
• Experience with identifying relevant content and training needs to support inclusive leadership and inclusive culture.
• Experience leading cross functional teams.
• Experience working with employee engagement and company culture change management.
• 30% international travel.

Salary: $117,260.00 to $195,520.00 per year

Employees are eligible to enroll in Messer's 401(k) Plan. Employees may be eligible to participate in the company's bonus program
