Qualifications
- Proven track record leading technology strategy and execution.
- Experience with enterprise IT across multiple countries and client-facing platforms.
- Hands-on operational leadership with modern tools and architectures.
- Strong vendor negotiations, licensing optimization, and multi-country budgeting.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise IT and operations across multiple countries.
- Oversee internal business systems and CRM/ERP data workflows.
- Define roadmaps for client-facing platforms in two regions.
- Drive AI and automation to scale without proportional headcount growth.
- Manage global vendor relationships, licensing, and outsourced services.
- Mentor a distributed technology team across time zones.
