Job summary

Orion Systems Integrators, LLC in New York, NY seeks a Sr. Cryptography Lead to own Phase 1 deliverables and executive engagement outcomes.

You will coordinate with client-authorized personnel and lead a global delivery model across NA, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring timely, high-quality results and formal acceptance before sign-off. You will drive QA, manage subcontractors, and lead final executive presentations to senior client leadership, with travel as required to NY and other regions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise cybersecurity consulting or professional services.
• Experience leading engagements at Tier 1 financial institutions.
• Ability to manage global, multi-region engagements across NA/EMEA/APAC time zones.
• Strong understanding of post-quantum cryptography concepts and NIST FIPS 203/204/205 standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for Phase 1 deliverables and engagement outcomes.
• Act as primary contact for client authorized personnel as designated in the Task Order.
• Manage global delivery model across NA, EMEA, and APAC time zones.
• Chair weekly status meetings and monthly executive updates per Task Order.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget against fixed-fee contracts.
• Escalate and resolve issues with client senior stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria before sign-off.
• Drive QA across all deliverables for consistent global coverage.
• Manage Orion subcontractors and team members to delivery commitments.
• Lead final executive presentation to senior client leadership.
• Oversee knowledge transfer and engagement closure.
