Job summary

BNY is seeking a Cryptography Platform and Services Technologist Lead to join the Cybersecurity Organization. Location options include NYC/NJ, Lake Mary FL, or Pittsburgh PA. You will lead key management, design and implement cryptography solutions, and train on PKI platforms and HSMs.

The role requires 5–10+ years in cybersecurity, architecture, and key management, with deep knowledge of HSMs, PKI, and related standards. Strong communication and regulatory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in information security or related field.
• 5–10+ years in cyber security, architecture, key management and PKI.
• Experience with HSMs and Thales products.
• Knowledge of cryptographic algorithms and protocols.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, PCI DSS and other standards.
• Ability to train enterprise on PKI platforms and HSMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead key management solutions across BNY Enterprise.
• Design, implement, and support cryptography key management and asset mgmt solutions.
• Respond to requests from LOB, Internal Audit, and Regulators.
• Train enterprise on PKI platforms, HSMs, and key management systems.
• Collaborate with compliance teams on regulatory frameworks.
