Job summary

Ipsen Pharma (SAS) is seeking a CRM Platform Owner & Enterprise Architecture Lead to own Ipsen’s global CRM ecosystem for the Aesthetics business. You will define a multi-year CRM strategy, ensure platform scalability, and lead integrations across commercial technology.

In this senior role, you will partner with IT, data analytics, sales and marketing to deliver scalable CRM solutions, maintain data quality, enforce governance, and drive adoption across the organization.
