Be a senior technology and transformation leader responsible for shaping, governing, and delivering the integration of Ipsen’s ERP environment across global Aesthetics markets. This role serves as the enterprise owner for ERP strategy, ensuring seamless, scalable connectivity across commercial, financial, supply chain, regulatory, and analytics platforms.
As part of the global Aesthetics transformation, this leadership role leads architecture definition, cross‑functional alignment, technology delivery, and vendor governance for the ERP landscape. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Ipsen’s ERP ecosystem enables long‑term growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and innovation in the aesthetics business.
The annual base salary range for this position is $145,000 - $210,000.
This job is eligible to participate in our short‑term incentives program.

The pay range displayed above is the range of base pay compensation within which Ipsen expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job‑related knowledge and demonstrated skills.
