Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an International CRM lead to translate data into strategic CRM actions across regions, guiding marketing and customer engagement.

You will own predictive analytics, define data governance, and partner with AI/ML teams to deliver self-serve insights and dashboards. Hybrid work 2–3 days on site (US/EU/Kirkland, Canada); base salary in stated range with 20% bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of experience.
• Hands-on analytics platform experience (Adobe/Google Analytics) and strong SQL.
• AI fluency; ML experience for CRM audiences; comfortable with data science teams.
• Proven track record turning data into measurable marketing and commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead international CRM decision-intelligence and translate data into strategic CRM actions.
• Own predictive analytics for CRM effectiveness including CLV, churn, and engagement.
• Define data quality, segmentation, and audience attributes; identify data gaps.
• Leverage AI to accelerate insights; create reusable prompts and agents.
• Partner to maintain CRM KPIs and define trust metrics for AI content.
• Define CRM dashboards and self-serve insights for international CRM.
• Lead CRM research and opportunity sizing to inform strategy and investment.
• Define data governance and privacy practices and stay current on guidance.
