Responsibilities

• Decision‑intelligence lead: translate data into actionable CRM strategy recommendations.
• Predictive/diagnostic analytics to measure CRM effectiveness and AI-enabled methods.
• Define CRM data quality, segmentation, and audience attributes for personalization at scale.
• Apply generative AI and maintain reusable prompts and agents for faster insights.
• Maintain CRM KPIs with governance for AI-generated content and journeys.
• Define dashboards and self-service insights for the International CRM team.
