• Bachelor’s Degree required; major in computing or quantitative discipline preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of IT experience in customer service or helpdesk/application support.
• Experience with end-user/business-facing white glove support; strong communication.
• Experience with application administration, monitoring, and collaborating with infra/dev teams.

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on day-to-day user application support.
• Ensure issues are addressed within SLA timeframes.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes for remediation.
• Maintain relationships with business stakeholders and vendors.
• Monitor system activities to ensure smooth operation and health checks.
• Document issues and resolutions in Confluence knowledge base.
