Job summary

TDW is seeking a seasoned Credit Risk leader to supervise the Global Credit Risk Team in Tulsa. You will direct risk reviews, guide mitigation strategies, and partner with PMs, Sales, and finance to evaluate customers.

This role emphasizes data-driven analysis, timely feedback, and ensuring compliance with banking and trade standards. Strong Excel skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Accounting, Collections, Customer Service and/or Credit desirable.
• Associate degree desirable but not required.
• Credit Association certifications desirable but not required.
• General Bankruptcy Law knowledge desirable.

Overview

Supervises the Global Credit Risk Team

Responsibilities

• Team Leads a Team of Global Credit Analysts
• Manages customer risk reviews. Provides direction for risk mitigation
• Conducts monthly one‑on‑ones with direct reports
• Provides real‑time feedback to the team and Management on at‑risk customers.
• Collaborates with PMs, Sales, and in‑country Finance teams on Global Credit evaluations.
• Risk Review
• Effectively uses industry and finance guidelines to make decisions, assess, monitor, and respond to customer credit risk
• Identifies, logs, reports, and monitors the degree and nature of risk involved in extending uncollateralized and open credit accounts by performing financial and historical reviews of each customer
• Evaluates and communicates the level of creditworthiness of applicants
• Solves and communicates critical account financial matters with key stakeholders
• Reviews MSA's, Contracts, systems, reports, and historical data to assist the customer's accounts and transactions remain in good standing
• Reevaluates existing Credit lines on the customer base annually or as directed
• Performs reconciliation to the General Ledger as it relates to customer receivables
• Calculates various accounting ratios to assist with credit analysis
• Handles Letters of Credit in addition to tracking and resolving issues arising from International shipments
• Assists with bank and client audits
• Data Management
• Manages and resolves error codes for accounts and transactions
• Reviews allowance for bad debt, write‑offs, bankruptcy
• Provides analysis of accounts, KPI's, target variances, and associated plans of action

Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Accounting, Collections, Customer Service and/or Credit desirable
• Associate degree desirable but not required
• Credit Association certifications desirable but not required
• General Bankruptcy Law code desirable
• Must be able to negotiate payment terms most favourable to TDW while maintaining customer loyalty
• Excellent communication skills required
• Strong Excel experience required
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Positive attitude and customer service mindset in collections
• Ability to exercise tact and discretion when handling confidential information required
• Natural sense of urgency, self‑starter, and results‑oriented
