Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the Global Credit Platform, shaping end-to-end product strategy for credit capabilities powering member acquisition, engagement, and loyalty across domestic and international markets.

You will drive AI-enabled credit decisioning and payments, partner with banking/payments ecosystems, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver scalable platform solutions that align with risk and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
• Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager.

Responsibilities

• Own the Global Credit Platform and define the long-term vision.
• Build scalable credit decisioning, underwriting, and payments across markets.
• Lead AI‑first product development and rapid experimentation to scale capabilities.
• Translate business priorities into roadmaps, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Legal and Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence.
