The Enterprise Financial Services team is central to delivering seamless, responsible credit experiences that enhance membership value. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, the team operates at the scale of a leading global retailer. The team combines rapid experimentation with disciplined execution and a strong focus on AI‑driven innovation. By leveraging data, emerging technologies, and cross‑functional collaboration, the team develops differentiated financial solutions that meet evolving customer expectations and business needs.
The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large‑scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
