Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Science - Marketplace Payments to lead a team of data scientists and deliver AI-driven insights across global marketplaces. You will guide end-to-end model development, deployment, and scalable AI/ML solutions, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to shape strategy.

Formación

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, IT or related field with 5 years in analytics; or Master's with 3 years; or 7 years in analytics/related field.
• Preferred: PhD in Machine Learning; data science, ML and AI focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead scalable Data Science and AI solutions for a global Marketplace Payments platform.
• Define technical vision, roadmap, and modeling frameworks for Payments and Financial Services.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business leaders to deliver data-driven solutions shaping product strategy.
• Build scalable global marketplaces data platform, data assets, and shared features; monitor models.
• Champion adoption of emerging AI capabilities to improve decision-making and customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing data science team; provide technical thought leadership.
