Job summary

Natus is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with an active CPA to join our Finance team. You will drive the monthly close, perform balance sheet reconciliations, manage financial reporting, and support international statutory reporting for entities in Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong.

In this hands-on role, you will work across close cycles, revenue recognition, audits, and process improvements, collaborating with global Finance teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Active CPA designation required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience within a multinational organization.
• Hands-on experience with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience supporting consolidated annual audits and international statutory reporting.
• Experience with Oracle or a similar ERP system and BlackLine.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end close, ensuring timely, accurate financial activity.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and other general accounting entries.
• Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Use BlackLine to support accurate, timely account reconciliations.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting.
• Provide financial analysis and support accounting and finance projects.
• Review activity, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolution with teams.
• Maintain strong accounting controls and consistent financial reporting practices.
