Job summary

Natus is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with an active CPA designation to join our Finance team and help ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our financial reporting. This hands-on role spans month-end close, reconciliations, and international statutory reporting across entities in Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong.

You will work with the Finance organization to strengthen controls, improve processes, and provide analysis across a global accounting function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA designation required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience within a multinational organization.
• Hands-on experience with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience supporting a consolidated annual audit and international statutory reporting.
• Experience with Oracle or a similar ERP system and BlackLine.
• Experience working with international Finance teams and external auditors.
• Experience in cloud/SaaS accounting environment.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end close, ensuring timely and accurate financial activity.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and other general accounting entries.
• Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Use BlackLine to support account reconciliations.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting.
• Provide financial analysis and support accounting and Finance projects.
