Job summary

Natus is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with an active CPA to join our Finance team. This hands-on role covers month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, revenue recognition, audits, and international statutory reporting while partnering with Finance teams worldwide.

You will support entities in Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong, leverage BlackLine and Oracle ERP, and help improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA designation is required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience in a multinational setting.
• Hands-on month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations experience.
• Experience supporting consolidated audits and international statutory reporting.
• Experience in cloud/SaaS accounting environments.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP.
• Experience using BlackLine for reconciliations.
• Experience working with international Finance teams and external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end close, ensuring timely and accurate financial activity.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and other general entries.
• Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Use BlackLine to support accurate reconciliations.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting.
• Provide financial analysis and support Finance projects as needed.
• Review activity, identify discrepancies, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Maintain strong accounting controls and consistent reporting practices.
• Collaborate with international entities and auditors.
