Job summary

Natus is seeking a Senior Accountant with an active CPA to join the Finance team in Wisconsin. This hands-on role covers month-end close, reconciliations, revenue recognition, and international statutory reporting across Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong.

You’ll support audits, collaborate across functions, and help drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and ASC 606.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA designation required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience within a multinational organization.
• Hands-on experience with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience supporting a consolidated annual audit under U.S. GAAP and statutory reporting for international entities.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition, and experience with ERP/cloud accounting.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end close, ensuring timely and accurate financial activity.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and other general accounting entries.
• Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Utilize BlackLine to document and reconcile accounts.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting.
• Provide financial analysis and support accounting and Finance projects as needed.
• Support revenue recognition under U.S. GAAP ASC 606 and liaise with relevant teams.
