Qualifications

• J.D. degree or LL.M. from an accredited law school; bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction

Responsibilities

• Advise and counsel on fraud and abuse matters related to commercial activities under healthcare laws, including the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act
• Assess proposed and ongoing patient support programs for legal risk
• Review and approve promotional, educational and patient support materials
• Advise stakeholders on legal and regulatory developments to adapt to a changing environment
• Provide guidance on sales and marketing strategies
• Advise on issues of law and policy related to government health care programs
• Coordinate legal support as part of cross-functional teams and with business and law department colleagues
