Job summary

Amgen seeks a Global Commercial Operations Counsel to advise on complex contracting, pricing strategies and regulatory issues for US biopharmaceutical products. You will draft and negotiate pricing and supply agreements, and support commercial teams on legal requirements.

Ideal candidates have a J.D. or LL.M. with 4+ years in corporate or law firm practice, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong qualifications in transactional work, including structuring and counseling on complex transactions.
• Experience drafting, negotiating and interpreting complex contracts.
• Ability to advise on legal and regulatory considerations in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Counsel on pricing strategies, contracting and regulatory issues for US biopharmaceutical products.
• Draft and negotiate pricing agreements, supply agreements and value-based arrangements.
• Provide training and ongoing guidance to commercial staff on legal requirements for marketing and pricing.
