Qualifications

• J.D. degree or LL.M. degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• Two (2) years of experience practicing law.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating pricing, supply and value-based agreements for Amgen products.
• Counseling on regulatory developments and industry enforcement actions for healthcare products.
